Vladimir Fartushnyak, his brother Nikolay and Alexander Mikhalskiy are cofounders of Russia's largest sports and fashion retailer Sportmaster. The three also cofounded Ostin, a large Russian fast-fashion retailer. Vladimir Fartushyak himself wholly owns Zolla, another fast-fashion chain in Russia. He and his partners got their start with a distribution company in the early 1990s, which supplied French consumer goods to the Russian market.
