About Me

Lebanon-born Sasson Dayan founded Brazil's Banco Daycoval in 1968 with his brother Ibrahim Dayan. Daycoval has become one of Brazil's biggest lenders to small and mid-sized businesses, and also provides personal banking services. Dayan transferred almost all his shares in Daycoval to his three sons in 2015, whose stakes are included in the family fortune. Dayan remains president of the bank's board, while daily operations are headed by his sons and nephew.
