Storonsky owns an estimated 18% stake in Revolut, which offers everything from currency exchange and surcharge-free ATMs to global transfer payments and budgeting. Revolut, which has over 65 million customers worldwide, generated $4 billion of revenue in 2024. Storonsky, who got his start trading derivatives at Lehman Brothers, renounced his Russian citizenship in 2022, after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
