The $3.6 billion (revenue) company operates across the energy industry, including electricity generation and distribution, natural gas distribution and generator production. Kazanci started the energy business in 1968 with the Watt Electric Motor Factory. Kazancı Holding expanded its tourism business in the city of Bodrum, in 2022, with the 5-star Mirada Exclusive Hotel. It currently owns four hotels.
