Jeff Rothschild made his fortune at Facebook, which he joined in 2005 as vice president of infrastructure engineering. After five years as the VP, Rothschild took on an advisory role, and left Facebook in 2015. Before Facebook, Rothschild cofounded Veritas Software, which was sold to Symantec in 2004 for $13.5 billion in stock. In 2018, Rothschild joined the board of Pure Storage, a Mountain View, California-based data storage company.
