About Me

Brannin McBee is cofounder and chief development officer of cloud computing company CoreWeave. CoreWeave went public in 2025 at an approximately $23 billion valuation; McBee owns approximately 6%. Along with Brian Venturo and Michael Intrator, he cofounded the company in 2017; it was originally a crypto firm. Today, CoreWeave's biggest customers are Microsoft, Meta and OpenAI. In 2025, CoreWeave signed a $14 billion deal to supply Meta with computing power until 2031. Before CoreWeave, McBee studied finance at the University of Colorado Boulder and traded commodities for nearly a decade.
